Following the breadcrumbs from Genesis to Jesus

God is the source of my life. What I have from God must return to God. He gave me life—Jesus is life!

Follow the breadcrumbs…

Genesis 1:26

“Then God said, ‘Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us…’”

Psalm 139:13

“[God] shaped me, inside and out. [He] knitted me together in my mother’s womb long before I took my first breath.”

Acts 17:28

“For you know the saying, ‘We live in God; we move in God; we exist in God.’ And still another [poet] said, ‘We are indeed God’s children.’”

John 14:6

“I am the path, the truth, and the energy of life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (–Jesus)

John 17:3

“And this is the way to have eternal life—to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the one you sent to earth.”

John 3:16

“God loved the people in the world so much that he gave his one and only Son to save them. As a result, everyone who believes in the Son will not die. Instead, they will live for ever with God.”

1 Timothy 2:5

“For, There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus.”

John 6:47

“I am telling you the truth: the one who accepts these things has eternal life.”

Amen!
